7 to 8 years of consulting experience
A top-tier academic background (Grande École in business or engineering, Sciences Po, or equivalent)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in French and English
A track record of complex engagements led end-to-end
Ability to develop teams with rigor and sound judgment
