Regional Data Analyst

Role Overview

• Support the XPI development roadmap, making sure that the data and platform requirements for our region are integrated and delivered quickly and effectively
• Ensure that we build and maintain high-quality, accurate data sets and market intelligence
• Rollout, manage and measure the attribution from global data and GTM initiatives, locally
• Support the regional transformation strategy by providing high quality market data and insights
• Support business as usual (BAU) sales & marketing initiatives with high quality, well-structured corporate and contact data
• Deliver XPI enablement and training to local colleagues
• Be the first point of contact for XPI / data enquiries locally, qualifying needs, defining the data strategy and then working with the global team to integrate this requirement into the XPI roadmap
• Work with stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate nontechnical requirements into actionable technical data tasks
• Collect and clean data from multiple sources to standards set by the global XPI team, before integrating it into the Customer Data Platform or XPI App
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and datasets
• Use SQL to query and manipulate large data sets
• Develop scripts and automation using Python to streamline data processes and analysis
• Perform data validation, quality checks, and ensure accuracy and consistency
• Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives
• Identify opportunities for process improvement through data insights.

Requirements

• Strong English language communication skills (written and oral)
• Strong SQL skills with experience querying relational databases
• Proficiency in Python for data analysis, automation, and reporting
• Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, formulas, and data visualization
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively
• Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) (nice to have)
• Experience working with data enhancement platforms such as Clay, Zoominfo, HG Insights etc. (nice to have)
• Experience working with large or complex datasets (nice to have)
• Background in statistics, computer science, business, or related field (nice to have)
• Experience in project-based or cross-functional environments (nice to have)
• Other language skills, such as French or Italian or Spanish would be an advantage (nice to have).
