Analyse financial data, preparing detailed reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Compiling reports and provide commentaries on variances in Balance Sheet
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
Assist internal and external auditors by preparing required documentation
Work close with BES team ensuring good communication
Assessing and making recommendations to fix financial errors
Work close with the Finance Manager on the evaluation of customers aging
Partnering with the Finance Manager and procurement identifying opportunities with vendors
Provide analysis on inventories variances
Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions during system implementations
Ensure compliance with internal SOX controls and regulatory requirements
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s or MBA/CPA preferred)
3-5 years of experience in Finance
Demonstrate a result-driven mindset
Proactive and autonomous
Strong attention to detail for monitoring financials and variances in accounts
Analytical and problem-solving mindset
Experience working with MS OFFICE: Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel (formulas, pivot tables), PowerPoint, and Outlook
Fluency in English is a must, fluent B2/C1, any other language is an asset (like French and/or Spanish)
