Test SEPA credit transfer flows, SWIFT MT / ISO 20022 message flows, and Visa card payment flows, including 3DS2 authentication.
Perform API, contract, schema, and integration testing at the microservice layer, including async/event-driven workflow testing across queues, retries, and DLQ.
Execute structured test scenarios across SEPA, SWIFT, and Visa payment workstreams and validate end-to-end transaction lifecycle flows, reconciliation, settlement, and data consistency.
Conduct resilience testing including retries, circuit breakers, DLQ, failover, and idempotency validation, as well as performance, load, and stress testing for platform stability.
Develop, execute, and integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines.
Produce audit-grade test evidence and traceability documentation for PCI DSS compliance.
Validate web, mobile, and cross-platform functional consistency and regression coverage.
Collaborate with developers, DevOps, and security teams to identify, track, and verify defect resolution.
Requirements
5+ years of QA automation experience, with a minimum of 3+ years in fintech, banking, or payment platforms.
Strong experience in API testing and microservice integration testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, or Python for automation scripting and test development.
Hands-on experience with automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright.
Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or equivalent tools.
Hands-on experience testing SEPA, SWIFT, and Visa card payment flows, including ISO 20022 messaging.
Solid understanding of PCI DSS compliance controls, OWASP security concepts, authentication, and encryption validation.
Familiarity with AWS environments, including CloudWatch logging, monitoring, and observability validation.
Strong understanding of resilience testing concepts including retries, failover, circuit breakers, DLQ, and idempotency.
Experience producing structured, audit-ready QA documentation and test traceability evidence.
