In the Demand & Growth team, you develop B2B marketing for the Swiss economy — from large enterprises to small businesses — across cloud and infrastructure, artificial intelligence and digitalization, security, networking and the modern workplace.
Within our Demand Squads, you are responsible for cross-segment demand generation across the entire customer journey.
You use data and artificial intelligence productively, build workflows, orchestrate teams and deliver measurable results.
You are accountable for clearly defined business outcomes (e.g., pipeline contribution or orders in the target segment) and manage the budget rigorously based on impact.
You orchestrate hybrid teams of internal units, agencies and AI agents through clear briefings, performance agreements and regular reviews.
You develop messaging and campaigns for key B2B audiences and decision-makers (e.g., CIOs, CISOs and business leaders) and make the quality and strategic decisions that AI cannot make.
You are responsible for demand generation across the full customer journey from awareness to handover to sales or order generation.
You operate according to the Test, Learn, Scale principle: you test new messages, channel mixes and conversion levers, refine actions based on data and scale what works.
Requirements
Degree (university, university of applied sciences (FH) or higher vocational school (HF)) in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent qualification
Several years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in the technology, ICT or telecommunications sector, with demonstrable business impact (pipeline, wins, revenue)
Hands-on experience with generative AI; you have used relevant tools in production and operated your own workflows
Strong data literacy; you independently read dashboards, identify correlations and make data-driven decisions
Confident use of marketing technologies such as marketing automation, CDP, CMS and analytics; you build workflows independently
Strong commercial acumen; you link marketing activities to pipeline, revenue and customer value
Fast learner and decisive; you quickly adopt new topics and ways of working, handle uncertainty and make clear decisions
Strong judgement; you recognize when AI outputs, segmentations or channel recommendations are not suitable for the Swiss B2B context and correct them in time
Excellent German and good English; additional national languages are an advantage
