You will advise and support hospitality partners in Zurich and Eastern Switzerland on a daily basis, building long-term, successful customer relationships.
You independently plan and organize sales visits and present our products convincingly on site.
You excite existing and prospective partners about delicious plant-based meat alternatives and create genuine win–win situations.
You identify new hospitality businesses and win them over as partners for our brand.
You handle feedback professionally and develop customer-oriented solutions.
You document your activities in the CRM and ensure complete upkeep of your sales data.
You continuously monitor your sales territory and actively contribute to the further development of our market presence.
Requirements
Completed vocational training in gastronomy (e.g., chef/cook), a commercial/business apprenticeship, or a degree from a hotel management school.
Initial professional experience in sales or in the hospitality industry.
Customer-focused working style with the ability to quickly recognise the needs of your interlocutors.
Confident, persuasive and audience-appropriate communication — both verbal and written.
Passion for plant-based foods, innovative food concepts and sustainable enjoyment.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Native-level German and very good English skills, combined with an open, engaging personality.
