7+ years of experience as a Program Manager/Technical Project Manager within an R&D organisation
BA/BS degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent
2 years of experience as a practicing engineer in a software organization
advantage
Exceptional "influence without authority" skills
Deep understanding of R&D methodologies, SDLC, CI/CD
AI-native mindset with hands-on experience in an AI-first environment
Strong analytical skills
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Proactive self-starter with a high sense of ownership
