Role Overview
- Boost RFID adoption across industries
- Grow existing customers in East Europe
- Develop sales by winning new customers
- Perform results-oriented selling of RFID product portfolio
- Build a sales pipeline based on prospects and previous customers
- Achieve sales and margin targets within EMEA
- Use SalesForce and tools for sales activities analysis and forecasting
Requirements
- 5+ years experience in B2B sales, ideally in the RFID industry or technically exigent products
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, both spoken and written
- Ability to manage complex projects considering customer requirements and internal partnerships
- Solution oriented self-starter with hands-on mentality
- Strong cultural empathy and team-player attitude
- Valid driving license
