Coordinate Allergan’s relationships with customers (physicians and pharmacies).
Increase awareness and appropriate use of designated AA products.
Work with affiliate sales management to define and implement effective approaches.
Responsible for sales performance of the designated portfolio.
Develop, manage and implement business plans and programs in the assigned region.
Develop sales strategies aligned with AA strategic plan.
Build long-term customer relationships.
Organize group events and provide training about AA products.
Plan daily activities to achieve sales targets.
Use CRM system for call planning and reporting KPIs.
Requirements
Educated to degree level.
Experience in the commercial healthcare sector and/or medical aesthetics or similar business (2 – 3 years of PS, medical representative or equivalent role).
Business acumen required.
A proven track record of achieving sales targets.
A proven track record of working within a team and across organization to coordinate resources effectively to deliver an effective service to customers.
Demonstrable success in negotiating, consulting and building relationships, leading to over achievement of performance measurements.
Other requirement (i.e. travel).
Field based role, willingness to travel on a regular basis.
