10+ years of experience in scaling consumer or fintech digital products
Experience in growth, performance marketing, lifecycle marketing, referral and loyalty-mechanisms
Full-funnel and full-lifecycle track record from acquisition to retention
Minimum of 5 years experience in experiment-led optimization and A/B testing
Demonstrable experience with end-to-end funnel optimization on CAC, LTC, and retention
Managed sizeable media budgets, agencies, and Google/Meta/TikTok relationships
Deep knowledge in shaping customer value propositions and customer journeys
Hands-on experience in building engagement and personalization stacks (e.g. Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce)
Proven track record in building and leading large-cross functional teams spanning multiple functions
Master's degree in Business Administration, Growth, or Digital Marketing, Financial Economics, Data Science or similar
