About this role

Collaborate with plant leadership to develop and implement performance improvement plans
Lead and coordinate the plant-wide budget process
Utilize detailed and forward-thinking analytics to identify key areas for financial improvement
Work with various departments to align financial strategies with broader business objectives
Partner with the plant leadership team to develop and execute a strategic roadmap for capital spending
Conduct thorough post-completion evaluations of significant investments
Take a leadership role in optimizing inventory health across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field
6+ years of experience in cost accounting or financial support within a manufacturing environment
Proven track record of influencing financial results and leading cross-functional teams
ERP experience required – Oracle preferred
