FP Movement Assistant Store Manager

Role Overview

• Act as a brand ambassador and reflect company values
• Partner with leadership team on engaging visual experiences
• Create selling initiatives to enhance customer experience
• Support Store Manager in developing event programming
• Deliver a seamless omni-channel shopping experience
• Guide team to prioritize customer service and style recommendations
• Participate as manager-on-duty to drive engagement
• Support in recruiting, hiring, and retaining top talent
• Sustain daily operating standards and maintain product display standards
• Lead discussions to ensure store's communication and health standards

Requirements

• 1+ years store leadership experience
• Passion for FP Movement and/or connection to the local fitness community
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the store including nights, weekends, and holidays
