About this role
Role Overview
Lead client relationship management, market analysis, sales strategy development, and competitive positioning within the federal community, including industry partners.
Develop and execute strategic account plans that achieve annual targets and drive year-over-year growth of the federal program.
Help manage programs, define expansion strategies, and drive revenue growth.
Coordinate client service engagement, identify new opportunities, and collaborate across MSI to win task orders and new contracts.
Collaborate with MSI team members to develop, maintain, or enhance business development planning and related activities including the necessary preparations for pre-positioning, proposal development, and project interviews.
Co-manage opportunity tracking within the company’s CRM system (Salesforce).
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or other related discipline that aligns with MOCA System’s Business Lines
Ten (10) years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education
Professional experience working with US Federal government agencies on Architect-Engineering programs
Outstanding communication skills
Experienced with negotiations
CRM (Salesforce) experience is required
Experience leading federal proposals (SF330, RFP/RFQ)
Professional experience with consultative selling approaches.
Due to the nature of the role, US citizenship is required.
