About this role

Develop business process improvements with use of Power Platform stack and related complementary components
Provide guidance and mentoring to other developers and juniors
Provide support and maintenance to the existing automations and applications
Manage projects including the above technologies

At least 3 years of experience in MS Power Platform
Proficiency in Canvas Apps, Power Automate, Model Driven Apps
Knowledge of Power Platform as an ecosystem in relation to other MS products
Experience working with Azure resources and ability to utilize them in automation projects
4+ years of experience in business process improvement
Ability to create technical documentation
Analytical thinking and ability to define and describe business processes
Knowledge of good development practices and ability to mentor less experienced colleagues in terms of good development practices
Ability to work independently
Knowledge of other programming language/technology from Microsoft Tech Stack
Ability to grasp complex business concepts quickly to provide efficient input at appropriate stages in development lifecycle
Ability to utilize genAI in daily work
