Deliver expert analysis and actionable recommendations to VA management on the effectiveness and efficiency of large-scale public health programs and suicide prevention operations.
Plan and conduct organizational studies and gap analyses
Design, execute, and synthesize findings from surveys, focus groups, interviews, and other qualitative and quantitative data collection techniques
Document and deliver clear, concise findings and recommendations through written reports, briefings, and presentations tailored to VA stakeholders and program leadership.
Support sprint-based project delivery by contributing to workplan development, milestone tracking, and rapid-cycle analysis tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including clinical, policy, and data subject matter experts
Requirements
Minimum 4 years of experience in management analysis, program evaluation, or a closely related field
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, Business Administration, or a related discipline required.
Prior experience supporting federal agency clients
Ability to obtain and maintain VA facilities access
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future.
Demonstrated proficiency in documenting analytical findings and delivering recommendations through structured reports, executive briefings, or similar professional deliverables.
