Leadership and team management: Directly manage and support General Managers in overseeing daily operations.
Operational excellence and execution: Ensure every location in the region understands expectations and provide clarity that enables clinics and teams to exceed KPIs and targets.
Financial performance: Set financial objectives in coordination with General Managers, including revenue, profitability and cost control.
Customer satisfaction and service quality: Ensure all locations deliver exceptional service.
Strategic planning and implementation: Work closely with corporate leadership to develop and implement regional strategies aligned with the company’s vision and goals.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Experience: 8+ years of management experience within a multi-site, service-oriented organization.
Proven experience leading and developing management teams.
Experience with profit and loss management, budgeting and operational performance metrics.
Strong background in customer service and operational excellence.
Clinic construction experience: a major asset.
Skills and competencies: Strong leadership and people-management skills, with a particular focus on coaching and team development.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and the ability to implement operational plans effectively.
Financial acumen with the ability to analyze reports and manage budgets.
Problem-solving orientation with a focus on continuous improvement.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
French and English language skills are an asset.
