Own and manage SLAs for streaming systems ensuring quality, reliability, and incident response readiness
Partner with technical and business teams for requirements gathering and solution delivery
Continuously improve internal developer experience through tooling, automation, and documentation

Experience in engineering or backend development roles with building large-scale maintainable data streaming systems
Several years of experience leading and mentoring engineering teams in the Streaming space
Good communication skills to engage with technical and non-technical audiences
Strategies related to streaming architecture, both batch and real-time processing frameworks (e.g., Paimon, Kafka, Spark, Flink)
Proven background in cloud-native solutions (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
Command of modern programming languages: Python, Ruby, Java, Objective-C, C++, etc.
