Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of relevant experience
- Advanced technical expertise with recognized influence in the organization
- Expert-level proficiency in IC layout, architecture design, and process evaluation
- Ability to lead complex technical projects from conception through completion
- Strong influence skills up/down/across organization to drive significant outcomes
- Capability to develop and implement innovative layout methodologies that advance organizational capabilities
