Define and support the establishment of KPIs/OKRs to measure domain success from a technology perspective
Develop technology roadmaps that align with enterprise and domain strategy, including modernization and technical debt reduction
Prepare and present solution design options, highlighting trade-offs
Promote an enterprise mindset, collaborating with architects and security teams to ensure cohesive, efficient solutions
Identify interdependencies across products and communicate impacts effectively
Stay on top of market and tech trends; assess and prioritize based on business value
Partner with product and engineering teams to uncover challenges and co-design effective solutions
Monitor and report on the domain’s technical health and maturity
Recommend consistent, best-practice technical solutions aligned with business outcomes and industry standards
Advocate for tech debt reduction, platform security, and compliance

Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field — or equivalent experience
Minimum of 7 years of related technical and strategic experience
Application and service modernization, including: Cloud technologies, Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, DevSecOps, Containerization
Domain Knowledge: Experience in insurance and/or financial services is a strong plus
