Assist with configuring, deploying, and supporting Microsoft Copilot across Microsoft 365 applications
Install software patches, support end-user issues, and maintain system health and availability
Provide software systems analysis to support daily operations, projects, and strategic initiatives
Write and execute scripts or small programs to automate routine tasks and enhance system functionality
Support testing, deployment, and maintenance activities for infrastructure and enterprise solutions
Provide first‑line support, documentation, and training to help internal users adopt Copilot effectively
Partner with Stewart IT and business teams to build and maintain AI‑powered workflows and Copilot agents using Copilot Studio and the Power Platform
Monitor and resolve system latency issues to ensure responsive and reliable system performance
Utilize AI-powered monitoring and alerting tools to proactively identify system performance issues and reduce downtime
Apply AI-driven automation to streamline routine system administration tasks and improve operational efficiency
Leverage machine learning–based analytics to detect anomalies, predict system failures, and support root cause analysis
Requirements
Computer Science or MIS background preferred
Microsoft certifications or willingness to obtain them preferred: AI‑900: Azure AI Fundamentals, MS‑900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals, PL‑900: Power Platform Fundamentals
Typically requires 0-2 years of experience in systems engineering, cloud services, or technical support
