Conduct out-of-court negotiations with delinquent clients, including negotiations in more advanced collection stages; assess eligibility for litigation and seek the best solution for both the company and the client
Analyze cases and organize the information and documentation required to prepare dossiers for clients eligible for legal action, ensuring data consistency and completeness
Submit and organize documents and information in legal platforms and internal systems, ensuring correct registration and case tracking
Support the work of collection law firms by sending judicial substantiation and collecting required documentation in the relevant systems.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed
Proficiency in Excel and the Microsoft Office suite
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to conduct negotiations
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously
Analytical profile, with ease in understanding rules, criteria, and operational workflows
Experience in collections, credit recovery, or customer service
Degree in Law
Experience with negotiations in advanced stages or more complex cases
Familiarity with administrative routines, document organization, or support for legal processes.
