Define, review and standardize the service delivery pipeline for IP/MPLS, L2VPN, L3VPN and EVPN services.
Develop and maintain technical templates, configuration standards, acceptance criteria, documentation and operational workflows for service delivery.
Support the design and evolution of customer solutions, considering capacity, performance, availability, QoS and SLA requirements.
Ensure technical alignment between design, implementation, activation and support of services.
Identify bottlenecks, risks, rework and deviations in the delivery pipeline, proposing structural actions to increase efficiency and reduce failures.
Conduct technical analysis of recurring incidents and delivery issues, supporting root cause investigations and improvement plans.
Participate in the development of validation, testing and technical acceptance standards for services.
Support automation, parameterization, technical governance and continuous improvement initiatives for delivery processes.
Interact with Engineering, Operations, Provisioning, Architecture, Customer Service, Service Management and, when necessary, vendors.
Monitor quality and performance indicators for delivery, focusing on lead time, rework rate, compliance, availability and SLA adherence.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Network Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems or related fields.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in telecommunications environments, IP networks or enterprise data services.

IP networking and routing
IP/MPLS
L2VPN and L3VPN

Concepts of BGP, OSPF, IS-IS, VRF, VLAN, QinQ, MP-BGP
QoS, classification, marking, prioritization and traffic policies
Redundancy, high availability and resilience concepts
Reading and interpreting diagrams, topologies and technical documentation
Experience analyzing customer technical requirements and translating them into delivery models.
Ability to work with technical standardization, troubleshooting and process improvement.
Knowledge in preparing technical documentation, operational procedures and acceptance criteria.
Familiarity with ticketing, inventory, monitoring and network documentation tools.
Differentials
Experience in carriers, ISPs, integrators or large-scale environments.
Knowledge of EVPN-VXLAN architectures, Carrier Ethernet or advanced enterprise services.
Basic knowledge of network automation, scripting or tools such as Python, Ansible, APIs and template modeling.
Knowledge of operational governance, change management and frameworks such as ITIL.
Network/telecom certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, JNCIP or equivalents.
