You assist in coordinating our in-house talents
You help identify and source new collaboration partners
You will learn how to prepare and respond to enquiries and offers throughout the collaboration
You will learn about price negotiations and market rates
You will learn about contract structures in this industry, common pitfalls, and begin reviewing initial contracts
You support the artist managers with concepts and content formats for talents and help implement them
You act as a liaison between talents and our partners, schedule their engagements and ensure their well-being

Internship, working-student position and/or vocational training in influencer marketing or online marketing
Interest and a good sense for the latest digital and consumer trends
Proficient with major social media platforms and online communities
Ideally, experience in executing and/or conceptualizing social media and influencer marketing campaigns
Fluent German and proficiency in English, both written and spoken
