About this role

Design, build, and operate production-grade AI capabilities embedded into real enterprise delivery
Contribute to internal reusable assets: reference implementations, patterns, templates, delivery playbooks
Informally mentor more junior engineers
Collaborate closely with solution architects, platform engineers, and client stakeholders to translate real business problems into working AI designs

Strong software engineering in Python (and/or TypeScript/C#)
Hands-on LLM application engineering: prompt design, tool use, orchestration patterns
Solid retrieval and knowledge patterns: embeddings, vector search, indexing
MLOps/LLMOps hygiene: experiment tracking, evaluation, packaging
Working knowledge of ML/GenAI concepts and common frameworks
Familiarity with cloud platforms — AWS, Azure, or GCP
Production-grade engineering habits: testing, version control, CI/CD alignment
Clear written communication
Senior-level hands-on delivery experience with GenAI
Proven ability to own small-to-mid AI workstreams end-to-end
Comfortable working with architects and client stakeholders to shape integration patterns
