About this role
Role Overview
Collect and validate information on referred prospective clients and qualify those contacts
Reach out to schools via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp and, primarily, phone calls
Schedule meetings with predefined personas and SLAs
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff from lead generation to the sales process
Measure and evaluate pre-sales data, including conversion rates, no-show rates, and funnel-stage performance
Requirements
Bachelor's degree completed or in progress
Availability to work remotely
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
Organized with strong process management skills
Familiarity with technology tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, email, Teams, and CRM
