You develop market-ready digital products from an initial idea together with clients and an interdisciplinary team — from discovery through concept to implementation
You independently plan and facilitate discovery workshops and translate their outcomes into clear requirements and product decisions
During the concept phase you create target-group-specific solutions using wireframes and validate them, e.g., through user interviews and usability tests
You write epics and user stories, define testable acceptance criteria, prioritize backlogs, estimate effort together with the development team, perform acceptance checks and accompany implementation
You coordinate the detailing of design and software architecture in alignment with clients and other stakeholders
Together with project management you plan implementation in terms of timeline and budget and coordinate the required efforts within the team
You plan and support product launches and are responsible for store releases
You document the feature scope according to regulatory requirements per ISO 13485 / IEC 62304
You contribute beyond individual projects, develop methods, processes and our internal product-management practice, apply AI tools where relevant in your work, share knowledge and actively contribute to interfaces and organizational structures
Requirements
Several years of experience (at least 4 years) in agile product development of digital solutions — ideally as a Product Manager, Product Owner, UI/UX Designer or Concept Designer, preferably in the digital-health domain
Experience in regulated environments (e.g., digital health applications, medical devices, ISO 13485 / IEC 62304) is a plus but not a requirement
Strong knowledge of UX-related methods such as Design Thinking, user interviews or discovery formats
You analyse problems in a structured way, derive clear requirements and develop viable concepts and solution approaches
Very good technical understanding and, preferably, experience in integrating AI technologies sensibly into products
Strong communication skills and the ability to stand by decisions, lead stakeholders and bring different perspectives together
In addition to technical aspects you also consider economic factors and are comfortable working with project managers to keep project controlling in view
You feel comfortable in a dynamic environment
