Role Overview
- Oversee depot operations and take full responsibility for Sales and Operations
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct regular safety inspections
- Allocate transport jobs and monitor order accuracy
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members
- Prepare weekly reports on depot performance and stock levels
- Monitor and manage stock levels
- Provide excellent communication to customers and stakeholders
- Manage depot budgets and control costs
- Identify opportunities for cost savings and business development
Requirements
- Proven leadership skills
- Great communicator with internal and external customers
- Proactive approach to preventing and problem-solving
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Willingness to learn about Power Generation market and ISOH health and safety
- Computer/PC and systems use proficiency
