About this role

Partner with functional SMEs to assess training needs, design and develop appropriate content, and deliver effective learning solutions.
Lead coordination and delivery of new hire role specific onboarding.
Design and deliver instructor‑led, virtual, and e‑learning training programs.
Serve as first‑line triage for training requests and provide guidance on existing tools, templates, and materials.
Manage and support learning platforms and systems used by the L&D function.
Maintain accurate training documentation, records, and reporting in accordance with regulatory expectations.
Collaborate with functional leadership to establish and maintain role‑based curricula by function.

Graduate, postgraduate, 4-year college degree, or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
A minimum of 4-6 years of clinical trial experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology or CRO and/or healthcare setting.
Proficiency with learning development platforms.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
Strong writing and recordkeeping abilities.
Ability to plan and manage multiple complex projects.
Demonstrated ability to develop positive working relationships with individuals and teams.
