Fulfill the merchandising needs of customers through communication & relationship building
Stock store shelves and maintain/change out displays
Represent Mondelēz brands in front of in-store employees
Work closely with sales representatives to optimize product visibility
Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps
Order product via iPad Tablet for shelf and display
Ensure Nabisco leading brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained
Follow daily schedule set by merchandising manager for efficient service
Enhance seasonal sales, displays, and new product launches
Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz

Be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver's license
High School Diploma or GED preferred
Positive and professional attitude
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Ability to drive personal vehicle to a variety of store locations (mileage will be reimbursed)
Ability to perform physical activities including repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
Occasionally pushing and pulling over 50 lbs
Previous retail / grocery experience is a plus
Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: Olympia, WA
