Master of sales operations and data — deep experience with CRM, forecasting, pipeline analytics, and performance dashboards
Training and development expert — has built scalable onboarding, coaching, and leadership development systems
Strong B2B and B2C sales experience, ideally in high-volume lead environments (thousands per day)
Demonstrated success interfacing with marketing to optimize demand generation, lead scoring, and ROI
Deep understanding of the economics of lead generation and conversion
Process-driven operator who can install systems and playbooks without losing entrepreneurial speed
