Requirements
4+ years of experience in Social Media, Content Strategy, Brand Producing, or Organic Growth for a consumer product.
You scaled a consumer product's social presence by 1M+ followers across multiple channels — and can talk specifically about the bets that drove it.
You moved a social-driven revenue or conversion number meaningfully — 5x, 10x, 30x — and know exactly which content, format, or channel decisions did it.
You launched a social channel from zero — bonus if it was a sub-brand, R&D, or experimentation account.
Led a small cross-functional creative team (5–10 people, in-house plus external) end-to-end on production, including budget ownership.
You built repeatable testing and iteration systems — not just managed a posting calendar.
Embedded AI tools (generative video, voice, image, agents, AI creators) into a real production workflow — not just experimented with them on the side.
