Drive service sales processes, generate service sales opportunities and secure profitable sales within the designated areas.
Focus on Installed Base (IB) penetration and selling the entire Service product portfolio.
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure immediate response to specific customer needs and issues.
Understand the channel strategy and establishment of related prices, and preparing sales plans.
Generate service sales leads and develop new market opportunities by utilizing market trend information.
Act as a marketer/salesperson of ABB’s service products and solutions during marketing activities (campaigns, trade fairs, exhibitions).
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronics Engineering or related technical field (or equivalent technical/commercial training with proven experience).
3–5+ years in industrial service or technical sales for drives/motors/automation, including complex solution selling and long sales cycles.
Working knowledge of Motors/PLC and digital service
Demonstrated ability in proposal development, pricing, negotiation, and contract management for services.
Proficiency with CRM (Salesforce), ERP, and MS Office; strong written and verbal communication skills.
Willingness to travel to customer sites (>30% as required).
Fluency in Thai and English preferred.
