About this role
Role Overview
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity; identify portfolio gaps and refine the value proposition
Co-create and execute go-to-market and growth strategies, including channels, pricing, and value-based selling
Align regional activities with global strategy and support its local execution
Support sales teams in key opportunities and customer engagements
Build and manage a strong pipeline and drive profitable growth initiatives
Develop and manage strategic partnerships (SIs, OEMs, software) and co-innovation projects
Lead key logistics automation opportunities from concept (PoC) to contract
Develop compelling ROI/TCO business cases and support commercial negotiations
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus)
10+ years of experience in logistics automation and/or robotics
Proven track record of driving business growth and delivering results
Experience working in international, matrix organizations
Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate customer needs into solutions
Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
