Role Overview
- Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of compliance programs
- Coordinate and support internal audits and risk assessments
- Monitor progress in closing procedural gaps and corrective actions
- Develop and maintain documentation for compliance protocols and workflows
- Collaborate with teams to manage compliance training and reporting
- Facilitate training sessions to promote a culture of compliance
- Support process improvement initiatives for better service delivery and client satisfaction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in compliance, process improvement, or operations management
- Experience with multiple EMR/EPM platforms with understanding of healthcare workflows
- Certification in compliance (e.g., CHC, CCEP) and/or process improvement (e.g., Lean Six Sigma)
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications (CoPilot, PPT, Excel, etc), compliance tools, workflow automation platforms (e.g., ServiceNow)
