Establish and lead a consistent and scalable Competitive Intelligence framework that delivers intelligence across specialties, products, and market segments, ensuring stakeholders have access to actionable competitive insights
Own and optimize competitive intelligence platforms and processes (Crayon), leveraging AI-powered tools and automation to deliver timely market intelligence, alerts, and competitive updates across the organization
Synthesize market, customer, and competitive information into clear, strategic recommendations that help leaders prioritize opportunities, evaluate risks, and make informed business decisions
Conduct competitive readiness assessments for product launches, ensuring teams are equipped with the insights, positioning, and competitive context needed for successful market execution
Lead market research initiatives to evaluate competitor capabilities, market positioning, industry trends, and emerging opportunities that inform product strategy and long-term business planning
Serve as the organization's subject matter expert on competitive dynamics, proactively identifying market shifts, whitespace opportunities, and areas where competitors are gaining traction
Partner closely with Product, Sales, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to drive alignment around competitive strategy and market intelligence
Support and evolve win/loss analysis programs to identify patterns, uncover strategic insights, and strengthen competitive positioning
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy, Communications, or a related field
Advanced degree (MBA or similar) is a plus
6+ years of experience in Competitive Intelligence, Product Marketing, Market Strategy, or a related function within B2B SaaS, healthcare technology, or a similar industry
Demonstrated ability to transform complex and fragmented information into clear business insights and strategic recommendations
Experience conducting competitive analysis, market research, and win/loss programs
Strong understanding of competitive intelligence platforms, CRM systems, and AI-powered research tools
Proven success influencing cross-functional teams and collaborating with Product, Sales, Marketing, and executive stakeholders
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and communication skills
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Experience working in healthcare technology or a highly regulated industry is preferred
Ability to travel domestically up to 15%
