Create accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date process maps that serve as essential tools for process improvement, standardization, and communication within the organization.
Gather and analyze data from various sources to gain insights into business processes.
Develop mathematical models and simulations to assess the impact of proposed process changes and optimisation strategies.
Provide data-driven recommendations and solutions to optimize business processes, reduce costs, and improve overall performance.
Collaborate with different departments to implement process improvements and ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
Continuously monitor the effectiveness of implemented changes and make adjustments as needed to drive ongoing improvement.
Evaluate and recommend technology solutions and tools that can enhance business processes and support optimisation efforts.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of process changes, optimisation strategies, and results.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate & Power BI would be beneficial
Excellent communication skills
Driven and self-motivated
