Support the planning, design, and documentation of commercial interiors and workplace projects
Assist with concept design, test fits, space planning, material research, and design detailing
Prepare presentation materials, drawings, renderings, and design documentation
Collaborate with teams across offices and disciplines, including architecture, interiors, and workplace strategy
Help develop thoughtful design solutions that balance creativity, function, budget, and schedule
Participate in coordination with consultants, vendors, and internal project teams
Contribute to a studio culture that values collaboration, curiosity, and design excellence
Travel across our organization to work with teams in person in locations like New York City, Stamford, Chicago, Austin, Dallas, DC and other exciting locations.
Requirements
Degree in Architecture, Interior Architecture, or Interior Design
2 + years of relevant experience in commercial interiors, workplace, or corporate office projects
Strong design sensibility and interest in workplace and interior environments
Experience supporting drawing production, presentations, and design development
Proficiency in Revit required
Experience with AutoCAD, Affinity Creative Suite, Powerpoint, SketchUp, Rhino, Enscape, or similar visualization tools preferred
Strong graphic, verbal, and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
Professional fluency in Spanish required and English strongly preferred.
