Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Refinements, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Drive sprint predictability, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement.
Identify and proactively mitigate delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies.
Support teams in maintaining healthy backlogs and clear prioritization.
Coach teams on Agile principles, Scrum practices, and self-organization.
Foster accountability, ownership, collaboration, and transparency within teams.
Help teams improve estimation quality, planning effectiveness, execution discipline and continuous learning and improvement.
Act as a bridge between Engineering, Product, QA, Design, and Business stakeholders.
Communicate delivery status, risks, escalations, and dependencies effectively.
Track and analyze Agile metrics such as velocity, sprint predictability, burndown, cycle time, throughput, and team health.
Manage inter-team dependencies and release coordination.
Drive Agile maturity initiatives and best practices across teams.

3-5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development environments
Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles
Experience working with software development teams in SaaS product or enterprise environments
Strong facilitation, communication, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills
Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools
Ability to manage multiple teams, competing priorities, and fast-changing environments
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organizational and coordination abilities
Scrum certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or equivalent
Experience with scaled Agile environments (SAFe, Scrum of Scrums, etc.)
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, release management, and engineering delivery practices
Experience working with distributed/global teams
Understanding of product development lifecycle and modern engineering practices.
