About this role
Role Overview
- Install, configure, and maintain Informatica platforms and Linux servers.
- Design, build, and optimize data pipelines and Informatica workflows.
- Monitor system performance and manage user access.
- Handle patching, upgrades, security hardening, backups, and migrations.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and perform root cause analysis.
- Automate administrative tasks using scripting.
- Collaborate with data, dev, and security teams, and document procedures.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant practical experience
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, Engineering, or a related field
- Active or interim Secret security clearance (or higher)
- Strong experience administering Informatica (PowerCenter, IDQ, MDM)
- Strong Linux system administration and patch management skills
- Experience with Microsoft Azure cloud data platforms
- Experience with Oracle and SQL databases
- Proficiency in scripting (Bash, Python, or Shell)
- Knowledge of networking, storage, and enterprise monitoring tools
- Experience with security compliance, access control, and change management
- Strong communication skills for on-site collaboration.
