Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of applications running in Microsoft Azure
Automate operational processes using scripting and Azure-native tools and services
Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to improve CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions)
Monitor systems using observability tools (e.g., Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Log Analytics)
Understand end-to-end flows across distributed cloud systems at both technical and business levels
Perform root cause analysis on incidents and implement preventive solutions
Support incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution in production environments
Contribute to infrastructure as code practices using tools such as Terraform, ARM templates, or Bicep
Promote SRE and DevOps best practices, including reliability engineering, alerting, and scalability design
Help ensure applications meet production readiness standards in a cloud-native environment

Strong background in computer science fundamentals (data structures, algorithms, distributed systems)
Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, or Go)
Familiarity with software development practices (testing, version control, CI/CD)
Basic understanding of Microsoft Azure services (compute, networking, storage)
Exposure to containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes / AKS) is a plus
Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM, Bicep) is a plus
Knowledge of monitoring and logging concepts in cloud environments
SQL and database experience is a plus
Web technologies (JavaScript, CSS, React) are a plus
Strong problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong entrepreneurial spirit and willingness to learn
