About this role
Role Overview
- Drive high-volume, full-cycle recruitment across British Columbia and Alberta.
- Partner with field operations leadership to forecast and determine staffing needs.
- Review and qualify resumes against role requirements and conduct preliminary phone interviews.
- Facilitate interviews between top talent and hiring teams.
- Conduct reference checks and make hiring recommendations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma or certification in Human Resources or a related field preferred.
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing the full-cycle recruitment process.
- Prior experience with Workday ATS is considered an asset.
- A valid Drivers License is preferred.
