Project Coordinator

Role Overview

• Assist with projects and facilitate project issues
• Coordinate all product builds (i.e., Hardware, Software, etc.)
• Manage and track project artifacts (schedule, budget, risks)
• Participate in project meetings and assist with project deliverables
• Communicate stakeholder feedback to project manager and team
• Prepare project status reports and maintain records of project activities.
• Collaborate with project managers, team members, and stakeholders to facilitate project execution.
• Remain adaptable to changes and support team adjustments as needed.

Requirements

• U.S. Persons under ITAR/EAR regulations
• Project Coordination experience
• Technical proficiency in project management tools like Planisware or Jira
• Strong competency in using ERP and planning tools
• Ability to assist with project action items and facilitate project issues
• Demonstrated ability to manage schedules, tasks, documentation
• Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Experience in stakeholder engagement and risk management.
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
