Role Overview
- Own financial forecasting, planning, and reporting
- Set the planning calendar and operating rhythm across the company
- Build the board package and turn results into a narrative
- Lead monthly variance and flux analysis
- Partner with GTM, R&D, and product finance teams
- Build out the finance team into focused functional areas
Requirements
- Built and run FP&A in high-growth technology or SaaS businesses
- Scaled finance from roughly $100M to $300M to $1B in revenue
- Built AI workflows and tested new tools
- Deep expertise in SaaS metrics, unit economics, forecasting, and scenario planning
- Experience managing teams of four to ten employees
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field
- MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus
