Refurbishment Technical Consultant

Role Overview

• Acquire services for the department through visits and contacts with sales groups
• Prospect services, ensuring service flow for the refurbishment department
• Greet customers, open work orders (O.S.), request credit authorization, and update customer records
• Prepare and approve estimates/quotes, negotiating with adjusters and insurers and analyzing customer deductibles
• Negotiate prices and deadlines, identifying required services and technical and safety campaigns
• Negotiate using technical and commercial arguments
• Monitor payment status with insurance companies

Requirements

• High school diploma (completed)
• Availability to reside in the region
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Organizational skills, planning ability, and a sense of urgency
• Proven experience
