Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience producing high‑touch, donor‑centric events such as salons, small gatherings, or exclusive cultivation experiences, including logistics, timelines and stakeholder communication.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and details simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to draft donor‑appropriate communications and briefing materials.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with frontline fundraisers, leadership, and cross‑functional teams (e.g., marketing, finance).
Experience working within budgets, processing invoices, and coordinating with vendors or contractors.
Proficiency with common office and productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace) and comfort working in a donor database or CRM system.
Ability to work some evenings or weekends as required for donor events.
