Role Overview
- Supports cross-functional activities for each gate
- Helps prepare gate deliverables and contributes sections to integrated technical + commercial recommendations under direction
- Conducts literature and market research and assists with early experiments under guidance
- Helps translate concepts into design requirements, specs, BOMs and test plans; owns assigned subsections
- Helps plan and execute small pilots; coordinates logistics and on-site data collection
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance or related field
- Two to four years of experience in research and development, product development, consulting, or a related analytical/technical role, including internships
- Ability to travel approximately 25-50% of the time
- Exposure to managing external partners or vendor deliverables preferred
