Support the development and maintenance of our compliance program, policies, processes, and related internal communications and training measures
Monitor and maintain overviews, databases, and web-based compliance tools
Proactively engage with other business functions and support them with compliance questions and processes
Assist the team with compliance projects, such as the implementation of new IT systems
Conduct targeted research on compliance-related regulations, as well as compliance and ethics topics
Support the team with various administrative tasks, including drafting and reviewing documents, correspondence, and presentations in English and German

Currently enrolled in a degree program in business administration, economics, law, business law, management, or a related field
Strong organizational and analytical skills with the ability to interpret data
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and experience using AI tools to generate actionable insights is a plus
Strong interest in business ethics, compliance, and/or policy governance; prior practical experience in these areas is an advantage
Experience in project management or coordination and a track record of contributing to process improvement initiatives
Effective communicator, pragmatic and solution-oriented, with the confidence to proactively approach colleagues across business functions
Fluent in German and English
Highly thorough and structured working style with a strong degree of independence and integrity
Comfortable working in an international, dynamic, and fast-changing environment
