Role Overview

• Serves as an instructional design expert for assigned applications.
• Supports the training program in all areas of instructional design.
• Works with technical staff and key stakeholders to identify requirements...

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and 1 year of relevant experience required
• Master's degree preferred
• Project management experience preferred
• Healthcare or educational environment experience preferred
• EPIC Certification upon hire required
• Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) , LEAN, Agile and/or PMP certification upon hire preferred
• Strong attention to detail, critical thinking skills
• Skilled in using MS Office applications, Zoom, SharePoint and/or Learning Management Systems required
