About this role
Role Overview
Handling all incoming customer inquiries from patients and other customers via telephone and email
Ensuring stakeholders have a point of contact
Responsible for adherence to internal processes
Independently processing inquiries
Resolving concerns of these groups autonomously
Processing daily control reports and tasks
Requirements
Excellent German skills [fluent, written and spoken]
At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service
Excellent communication skills
General IT skills [MS Office]
Willingness to commute: daily travel to the office required [remote work possible]
