Role Overview
- Handling all incoming customer inquiries from patients and other customers via telephone and email
- Ensuring stakeholders have a point of contact
- Responsible for adherence to internal processes
- Independently processing inquiries
- Resolving concerns of these groups autonomously
- Processing daily control reports and tasks
Requirements
- Excellent German skills [fluent, written and spoken]
- At least 1–2 years of experience in customer service
- Excellent communication skills
- General IT skills [MS Office]
- Willingness to commute: daily travel to the office required [remote work possible]
