Role Overview

Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and maintain the company's annual and quarterly marketing plans.
- Build and execute integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and lead generation.
- Create and manage marketing budgets, timelines, and performance metrics.
- Establish positioning and messaging strategies for recruitment, staffing, and outsourcing solutions.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing objectives with overall business goals.
Marketing Funnel Development & Optimization
- Design and manage end-to-end marketing funnels from awareness to conversion.
- Implement lead nurturing strategies using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Track campaign performance and optimize conversion rates throughout the customer journey.
- Develop landing pages, email sequences, content strategies, and lead magnets.
- Analyze funnel performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Client & Vendor Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Coordinate with vendors, marketing partners, agencies, and service providers to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage partnerships and strategic alliances that support business growth.
- Serve as a key point of contact for marketing-related client initiatives and collaborations.
- Ensure client satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic support.
Brand Development & Digital Marketing
- Strengthen company branding across digital and offline channels.
- Oversee website, social media, content marketing, SEO, email marketing, and paid advertising efforts.
- Develop thought leadership and employer branding initiatives.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing materials and communications.
Analytics & Reporting
- Establish KPIs and reporting frameworks for marketing and growth activities.
- Track lead generation, conversion rates, client acquisition costs, ROI, and campaign effectiveness.
- Present regular performance reports and growth recommendations to management.
- Use data-driven insights to improve marketing performance and business outcomes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5+ years of experience in growth marketing, business development, client acquisition, or strategic marketing.
- Experience within recruitment, staffing, outsourcing, BPO, professional services, or related industries is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of generating leads and acquiring clients through strategic marketing initiatives.
- Strong understanding of marketing funnels, CRM systems, automation tools, and digital marketing channels.
- Experience managing client and vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.
Preferred
- Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar platforms.
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC, content marketing, email marketing, and social media advertising.
- Experience developing go-to-market and growth strategies.
